Fragile Solitude - Figure Drawing

Graphite on paper. Drawn on 30/11/2023. 

In this 40 minute drawing I tried to incorporate some of the surrounding features to hold the model in place. This was another occasion where I made a concerted effort to use darker tones to create shape and add depth to the image. 

Medium: Graphite pencil on 70gsm white paper. 

Dimensions: A3 (approx. 300mm x 420mm)

This piece is supported with a thick cardboard backing and packed within a cellophane bag. I have signed the back of the piece.
