Stand Fast - Figure Drawing

Graphite on paper. Drawn sometime between 2023 - 2024. 

I always enjoy drawing this model. Especially this pose. I really wanted to focus on the muscularity of his mid section. Using tones I tried to add some depth to his muscles, almost to the point of looking like he was carved from granite. 

Medium: Graphite pencil on 70gsm white paper. 

Dimensions: A3 (approx. 300mm x 420mm)

This piece is supported with a thick cardboard backing and packed within a cellophane bag. I have signed the back of the piece.
